​An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable food and lifestyle changes that improve your health and happiness. Instead of prescribing one diet or way of exercising, Health Coaches tailor individualized wellness programs to meet their clients' needs.
     

​As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you so you can begin following a healthy lifestyle. You may learn about dietary changes such as:​
​
  • Mindful eating, rather than rushing through a meal
  • Looking out for simple kitchen "hacks" that can save on prep and time to cook clean, easy, healthy meals for you and/or the whole family
  • Learning how to navigate the kitchen and/or food market to become savvy at choosing what's right for you
  • Avoiding foods that may trigger certain symptoms, such as IBS discomfort or migraines
  • Choosing healthy snacks
  • Incorporating more vegetables, fruits, water, and other plant-based foods into your diet
  • Cooking basics

What can I expect from a Health Coaching Session?

Your coach is your partner for wellness! They will be devoted to your success and willing to go the extra mile to build a plan that works for you. It’s important to note that this is a very organic relationship suiting the needs of the client.



Together we will:
  • Connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be
  • Create your personal blueprint
  • Decipher your body’s unique needs
  • Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change​

  • Two 50-minute sessions per month
  • Email/Text support between sessions
  • Simple healthy recipes
  • Handouts specific to your needs and goals
